Opened in 2016 by Dr Hussain Rahal and Tony Garcia in a heritage mansion in the capital’s Somerset Village, Fairouz is an upscale-casual restaurant featuring modern Middle Eastern cuisine finely crafted by Executive Chef Walid El-Tawel and his talented culinary team.
Benchmark standards of quality in local ingredients and farm fresh produce are enhanced by the traditional herbs and spices of the Middle East. The Pastry program features elegant desserts created by Chef Marta Caffera. A sophisticated wine and beer list has been curated by Sommelier/General Manager Adam Weiss and thoughtfully crafted cocktails are helmed by Mixologist Simon Lemay.
